Ultrasound imaging is the first-line tool in clinical diagnosis. Thanks to advances of modern ultrasound systems, we utilize ultrasound RF signals to develop novel computational methods and parametric imaging techniques for improving clinical diagnoses of ultrasound. We also work on ultrasound temperature imaging as a potential solution in monitoring thermal ablation. Integration of the proposed algorithms / software with pocket-size ultrasound machines for a variety of medical applications is also our interest. We welcome students who are interested in ultrasound imaging to join our lab.
